Booking Policy
Reservations are confirmed only after receiving advance payment as per booking terms.
Guests must provide valid ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License) at check-in.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 3–6 days before check-in will incur a 50% deduction.
No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The hotel will not be liable for any loss or theft.
Damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.
Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Card.
GST will be applicable as per government norms.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
Food & Kitchen Usage
Outside food is not allowed unless specifically permitted.
Kitchen use is chargeable at the daily rate as mentioned during booking.
Pets & Smoking
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Force Majeure
The hotel is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
